By using Freeman Files you agree to these terms. They're written to be read, not skimmed past.
Information, not advice
Everything on Freeman Files is for information and entertainment. It isn't betting, financial or professional advice, and it shouldn't be the only basis for any wager or decision. If you bet on sports, that's your decision and your responsibility, under the laws where you live.
Accuracy
We work hard to get things right: data comes from a licensed provider, passes automated checks before it's published, and every stat shows its source and date. Even so, data can be late, incomplete or wrong, and ratings and projections are estimates. The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Found an error? Tell us and we'll fix it on the corrections page.
Independence and trademarks
Freeman Files is independent and isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NCAA, the WNBA or any conference, school, team or player. Their names are trademarks of their owners and are used here only to identify them. We don't use school logos or player photos.
Using our content
- You're welcome to link to any page and to quote or share individual stats and charts with credit to Freeman Files and a link back.
- Please don't copy the site in bulk, scrape it or republish it as your own data service.
- Underlying facts, like a final score, belong to no one. Our writing, design, charts, film breakdowns and tendency reports are ours.
Video and film
Film Room breakdowns use short game clips for commentary, criticism and teaching. If you hold rights to footage and have a concern, email us and we'll respond promptly.
Links to other sites
We link to box scores, official sites and other sources. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or policies.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Freeman Files and its creator aren't liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on its content.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
